I’m a franchisor and I need a one-to-many solution for my franchisees where I can load and update content. Do you offer that?

So Easy Solutions is PERFECT for franchisors or network marketing companies. Deep inside the tools is what we call “snapshots technology”. Snapshots allow us to compartmentalize deployments and capture settings and assets, save everything that's in a deployment, and automatically set up a new account with those settings already attached to that account.

For example, we would create a new deployment of our system. You could add things like SMS text messages and automation. Email newsletters and drip campaigns. Maybe 12 months of monthly email newsletters complete with all the copy and your colors and branding. Add in video-based training, social media graphics, and posts all ready to be sent out. You could add sample funnels and websites built with copy and graphics all in place, just waiting for individual logos to be swapped out. You could have prebuilt opportunity pipelines, and automated calendar booking workflows ready and waiting. Once this is all tested and deemed “ready to go” this would be converted to a snapshot. Then any new franchisee who signs up for the tool would get this deployment so their account would be fully loaded with content. Now behind the scenes, you can now begin working on next year's rollout of offerings and items. Maybe you have a new look and feel. New colors, new branding. New social media posts, new newsletter templates, new logos. New websites and funnels. Different email messaging and copy. You may have a new video training series complete with training manuals to teach people how to use your new widget or doodad? Load that up to your course and membership area. Need printing and fulfillment services? We got you covered there too. Once this snapshot is updated with everything that is needed, with the push of one button, all that new material will be automatically pushed down to each and every one of the accounts that had the original snapshot installed. This ensures that everyone has the information they need when they need it.

What will the onboarding experience be like?

At So Easy Solutions, we pride ourselves on getting new users immersed in the software as quickly as possible. Once you are signed up and your new account credentials are sent to you, you will be greeted with day one of 12 days of video-based onboarding. Your hand will be held through the entire process of learning to use So Easy Solutions. These quickstart videos are guaranteed to get you using the tool on day one. There's a lot to learn, so we don't want to overwhelm you. You got this!

Can you migrate my old CRM to So Easy Solutions?

Yes, Of course, we can migrate your OLD CRM to Go High Level, We have experience working on Hubspot, Infusionsoft, Active Campaign, ConvertKit, Leadpages, ClickFunnels, Dropfunnel, or just an old fashions Excel or CSV files.

Tell me about your So Easy Solutions support?

Currently, we offer our support portal with video-based training for those who like to do it yourself. We also offer a help desk ticketing system with email support as well as one on one web-based chat. We are about to add 24/7/365 help desk coverage and will be adding 1:1 Zoom support as well.

Do you have a limitation on video size for uploading?

There is a 4 GB per video file size limitation. Videos over 4 GB in size will need to be broken down into 4 GB-sized chunks. There is no limitation on the amount of 4 GB size files you can host.

Do You offer any OpenAI Capabilities?

So Easy Solutions are pleased to have OpenAI integrated right into your dashboard. Is this the new ChatGPT3 I have been hearing about in the news? Well yes and no. let me explain. Our products are currently built using the OpenAI API but the “Official” Chat GPT-3 specific API is not available for public or commercial use as of yet.
